The Pokémon TCG: Terastal Festival set contains: 12 Super Rares, 33 Special Art Rares, and 5 Ultra Rares. There are no Art Rares in this set.
Booster box pull rate guarantees: 9 Double Rares, 1 Special Art Rare, 1 ACE SPEC card, and 3 reverse holos (no Master Ball guarantee). There is also the possibility of pulling an additional secret rare card.
God Packs: Terastal Festival has 2 types of God Packs (very rare booster packs where the majority cards pulled are chase cards).

- 1 common + all 9 Eevee and Eeveelution SARs
Some set highlights include:
- Eeveelutions galore! Each Eeveelution has a dedicated Special Art Rare, including a new Moonbreon, and Eevee itself has two SARs.
- Call-backs to all the featured Pokemon and trainers from the previous Scarlet & Violet era sets, like Terapagos from Stellar Miracle, Pecharunt from Night Wanderer, and all 4 Ogerpon forms from Mask of Change.
- Card art by non-Pokemon Company artists. The Palafin SAR is illustrated by Tetsuo Hara, the mangaka who co-created the manga Fist of the North Star, and the #224 Eevee SAR is illustrated by Natsuko Shoji, the chef-owner of été in Tokyo.
