Pre-order policy

Shipping Date

The estimated shipping date for a given pre-order is provided in the item’s description. This shipping date is an estimated date and it is possible for us to ship orders slightly before, on the day of, or slightly after that date. 

For new Pokémon TCG set releases, we try our best to ship pre-orders as close to release day as possible, however we are dependent on when we receive the product from our distributors. 

Any items ordered with a pre-order item will be shipped together (ie. not until all items are in stock). A separate order must be placed for items that you want to be shipped ASAP.

In the rare event that a pre-order is significantly delayed, we will notify all customers with affected orders.


Inability To Fulfill

While we will always do our best not to oversell product, there may be extenuating circumstances (eg. being shorted by our distributor) that result in our inability to fulfill a pre-order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and provide a full refund to the customer. This will always be our worst case scenario if all other options are unsuccessful with providing the product.


Customer Cancellation

Customers have until the order has been shipped to cancel a pre-order. Canceled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (unless otherwise stated in the product description).

Customer Pickup

For customers who are picking up their pre-orders, you will receive a pickup confirmation email from The Poké Court when your order is available to be picked up from our shop. You have 30 days from the date the email is sent to pickup your item(s), after which we will refund your order, minus a 10% restocking fee, and return all items to our inventory.

If you're unable to pickup the order yourself, someone else can pick it up for you. They'll need to provide your name and the order number.
