Returns: We have a 14-day return policy from date of delivery for eligible items. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Opened Pokémon TCG product are not eligible for returns. See our Refund Policy page for our full policy.

Cancellations: All canceled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
