Released on June 9, 2023, Paldea Evolved is the second main expansion set from the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet series. It is the combined English counterpart to three Japanese expansion sets, Triple Beat, Snow Hazard, and Clay Burst.
While the Scarlet & Violet Base set features the series’ legendaries, Koraidon and Miraidon, Paldea Evolved shifts its focus to the other main stars of the show, the Gen IX starters and their final evolutions — Meowscarada, Skeledirge, and Quaquaval. The Paldea region’s treasures of ruin, Chien-Pao, Chi-Yu, Ting-Lu, and Wo-Chien, are featured as well.
