Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Shipping: Orders are typically shipped the next business day, unless otherwise stated in the product description (ie. pre-orders, backorders). Prints are shipped separately in shipping tubes, which don't go through the normal mail sorter. Please be aware that because of this, tracking isn't updated until the day of delivery. Returns: We have a 14-day return policy from date of delivery for eligible items. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Opened Pokémon TCG product are not eligible for returns. See our Refund Policy page for our full policy.
Cancellations: All canceled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee (unless otherwise stated in the product description). Orders cannot be canceled after they've been shipped and also cannot be partially canceled. Pre-orders cannot be canceled after the allocation order has been placed with our distributors.
