Released on November 3, 2023, Paradox Rift is the fourth main expansion set from the Pokemon TCG: Scarlet & Violet series. It is the combined English counterpart to the Japanese expansion sets, Ancient Roar and Future Flash.
As it says on the box, Paradox Rift is all about Paradox Pokémon. Though Paradox Pokémon have been included in previous Scarlet & Violet expansions, two new variants of cards, “Ancient” and “Future” are introduced in Paradox Rift. These variants are designated by a text icon on the card artwork and variant-specific illustration backgrounds.
