Released on October 18, 2024, Supercharged Breaker is the eighth Japanese main expansion set from the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet era. Combined with Paradise Dragona, it is the Japanese counterpart of the upcoming English set, Surging Sparks (11/8 release).

Move over Grey Felt Hat Pikachu, there’s a new behatted Pikachu in town. With booster pack artwork for Supercharged Breaker featuring the now crystal crowned electric-mouse, Stellar Terastal Pikachu is the super(charged)star of this show, no cap.

In addition to Pikachu, Supercharged Breaker continues introducing even more Stellar-type Tera Pokémon ex to the game. There is also a general theme of Blueberry Academy, the school from Unova featured in the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet game DLC, The Indigo Disk, in the card art, trainers, and Pokémon.

Curious as to which cards are the most valuable from Supercharged Breaker? Here are the Top 12. (compiled from various sources such as TCGPlayer, Collectr, Pricecharting, etc.)

Pokémon Ranger Kat's Bonus Pick: Between this Spheal Art Rare and the Spheal Appeal collection put out by The Pokémon Center recently, I know someone at The Pokémon Company is really going to bat for all the Spheal fans out there because they’ve really hit it out of the park with the cutest illustrations of these adorable balls of blubber. Also, the slightly out of focus photobomb in the bottom right hand corner? Love the attention to detail 🥹 The Spheal Art Rare definitely has my (wait for it…) Spheal Of Approval!!
