Released on September 26, 2025, Inferno X is the second main expansion set from the Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution era. It is the Japanese counterpart of the upcoming English set Phantasmal Flames (releasing November 14 2025).
It’s not a Pokémon TCG era without a set designed around one of the most popular Pokémon of all time: Charizard! In keeping with the era’s theme of Mega evolutions, Inferno X specifically features Mega Charizard X. (Sorry Mega Charizard Y fans.) There's also a focus on Fire- and Dark-type Pokémon and Trainers in the set overall.
